
Pork tenderloin stuffed with goat cheese with a cherry balsamic red wine sauce, horseradish and carmelized onion mashed potatoes and mixed green salad with homemade garlic balsamic dressing.
It was really, really good.

Also, we had our first BIG snow in Chicago today... So naturally, we had to go play in it. We made our first trip to the waterfront (oooh, 3 whole blocks!) and it was gooorrrgeous.

All six layers were 150% necessary. The wind was like WHOA.
